Update 16 is a hotfix to address a few issues with Update 15.
Fixed an issue where rain became visible underwater or in caves.
Fixed an issue where the quest compass would overlap the craft button.
Fixed a misplaced landscape object.
Updated the Blue Cap Mushroom icon and Compass arrow UI icon.
